when the incident happened it was agreed by all people involved that culchi (being a mod) would save the replay and judge wot he seen fairly. i also saved the replay so heres a few pics. this me on the brakes early while sangeli lines me up. sangeli feathers the brake while still directly behind me, he made no attemp to go either side of me. me still hard on the brakes going into the hairpin sangeli right on me not slowing down. i fly of the track sangeli brakes as he hit me and gets round the corner. youd expect this online on a friday nite with some imature 13 year old but not in this championship

yea i saw that on the replay and that was becuase shangheli has a way more aggressive driving style. if i were shangheli i would of backed off. like if u see the replay there is this point where i catch up to firestarter and im about to hit him just like shangheli but i just braked really hard and went off the track. i went off the track but its better then ramming the crap outta fire!!

it was nothing to do with being agresive it was a blatant attempt to take me out, hes done it to me a couple times now and theres some bad blood between us but delibrately ruining someones race is unacceptable, i hope culchi also noted the laughin between sangeli and achill after both incidents

I have to say that if that wasn't intentional then it was a major lapse of concentration as that is a very slow corner.He had plenty of space to avoid the accident if he needed to.Has anyone heard his side of the story yet? I think he deserves his say and if it was a mistake he should admit it and explain how it happened.All drivers involved in incidents should submit an explination in a private message to the steward who then decides on the action to take,and that should be an end to it.All this squabbling doesn't solve anything.

jep, we are laughing because you are a bit funny when you are pissed of... you say that only we are taking you out... maybe you should remember in season 1, madzda laguna seca, you had a accident with me and sangheli, sebring, you had an accident with sangheli....

in my opinon, sangheli has braked a bit late, jeah, but he can do it, if you have seen the car, the weight and the stats... i know it because ive driven the car.

I dont know why you are getting of the gas, braking, then accelate, then braking then staying outside instead of getting in...
I really want to know what you are doing there....

it can happen that someone has "forgotten" to brake because he was sleeping. but thats only a game... i was 8th on madzda before the 1. corner... yeah, i was angry but i haven't anger you anytime, you get into the lobby, shouting to me why i haven't done the right settings... whats the problem, you can also say that with a friendly voice.
Thats not the way i want to race and if that happen in the future i dont really want to do this Championship...

he had all the time and space in the world to come up my inside brake late and take the corner clean but no he stayed rite behind me and stayed OFF the brakes, delibrate attempt to take me out. notice you didnt bring up the incident at road atlanta where you smashed me from behind and used EXACTLY the same excuse YOU USED LAST NITE which was you were lagging you didnt even see me on your screen and didnt get any damage, sound familar ? if your lag is that bad that its causing you to crash into the racer in first place on more than one occasion then maybe you shouldnt race.

I did notice some lag last night but I couldn't tell you what car it was as I forgot to save the replay.But there definately was some lag at the begining of the race.

because i have not the best connection i shouldnt race? thats great, all germans shouldnt race cause the are cheating, the have a bad connection the have lost the world war 2... thats really crazy

i can say a LOT of things which are pissing me off about you. but i'm tired about this. culchi has got the Replay, everybody can send him a PM, can make vids, pics. so he will do the right desicion, if not the ok, its the wrong decision, no problem, its just a game...

aggressiv styl i don't wanna hear again!!! cause i really often slow down if drivers make mistakes not to hit them
in addition to that its often the reason why i'm one of the last guys at beginning of a race (just for example)
moreover i have no reason to drive aggressiv cause i'm here for having fun

Not many people know me, so i shall tell you. I have come here after being kicked from the ETCC. I got kicked out because i was very angry all the time, and many people annoyed me. So much infact, that i was incredably racist for no reason.

This has taught me much. Fire starter, i know you are annoyed, you have shown it continuously since the race has finished. You must however listen to what i say, because i have good experience of not what to do as explained earlier.

It is a game. A very realistic game, but yet still a game. Whatever you do, dont take it too far, be offensive, or shout at people. It looks to me that Sangheli was in the wrong, but he knows it. No need to bring up past incidents to prove points.

I am sure a mod will look into this, and give a final decision. From my experience, this is what i think should be done to solve the matter, to not create any hard feelings on both sides;

- Sangheli, directly say sorry to Fire starter, as it is your fault for hitting him, no matter the nature of your braking, it is YOUR responsibility!

- Fire starter, you must stop arguing, as this really doesn't help matters, and if anything, creats enemies for yourself.

Ok, that is me. I think it would be reasonable if the mods could make a fast decision. But, as a warning which you should heed, make it fair. It is a game, so keep it friendly and fun for all.

It would maybe be a good idea if you elect someone to make all decisions, such as Jenson. It is a serious matter, and is important to have the same person to decide apon decisions so to keep all future stewards inquirries to the same fairness.

Please stop aguing, and keep all posts clean.
