Points system

we will adopt culchis method now.
ALL POINTS FROM THE FIRST RACE NEED TO BE AMENDED.
This is out of fairness for all the nrunners who were not able to take part and by default would be alot further behind due to the higher scoring.
I am currently undecided on hotlap points but I would be inclined to go less and say 1 point for heat hotlap and 2 for final hotlap
