To everyone who took part.

The first season of The Forza 2 Avon British GT Championhip has finally come to an end. The first championship team and driver have been crowned and what a championship it has been!

Achill and the Jet Alliance team have worked hard all season to claim this final victory under immense pressure from established teams like THR, Spark Racing and CCMR aswell as newcomers Jimmy Storie, horselegs, MonkofMadness and many more.

To all the competitors who have taken part in any way I offer my thanks and my congratulations of a job well done and a season well fought.
We have had no controversy, no major racing incedents. The driving standards have been impeccable throughout, you are all a prime example of the driver Forza can produce. Your quality and high standards are an expample to the rest of the community.

To all the newcomers, welcome again! The first race at Silverstone was fought ot by only four cars, but thew quality was never in doubt. It was close and nailbiting at that set the tone for the rest of the championhip. With each race the grid has expanded and we lok in great shape for season 2 with new cars, new teams and more new drivers it looks like setting a great standard in online racing competion.

The addition of the BTCC to the events list is a boon for the series and will hopefully expand our audience. After a number or practice events theseries looks promising and adds yet another angle to the BGT forums.

So finally, congratulations again to our new champion, SoW Achill and his team Jet Alliance Racing.

I look forward to seeing you all again for season 2 at the end of May. Untill then. good luck with the testing!!

I think Jenson deserves a big thank you, without your hard work this would never have happened in the first place.

Never thought playing the computer would be one of the highlights of my week but racing with all of you has made it so. I'm glad i joined not only for the racing, i've met new online buddies, learnt more about the game, forums, tuning, so much stuff. :D

Thank you all for being friendly and most of all keeping it clean.

Cheers lads.
